The following describe materials used and efforts taken in the high-end construction of 85 Carter Drive :

  • The outer wall construction of the property was built with 2×6 stud construction; 2×6 studs allow for a better insulating value and stronger construction. Typically, homes are built with 2×4 stud construction.
